How we handle your data
Draft text for the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Have a lawyer review it before you rely on it.
What we hold
Candidates: the details you give us (name, contact, skills, summary, CV) and what happens to your applications. Employers: company and contact details, roles, introductions, placements and invoices.
Why
To match candidates with verified employers, to run the recruitment process and to invoice fees. We share a candidate profile with an employer only if the candidate agreed, and without name or contact details until the candidate is introduced and Ascendia releases them.
Your choices
You can turn sharing off, download your data and delete your profile from your account at any time. When you delete your profile a dated record that an introduction took place is kept without your identity, to protect the introduction clause.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, files are kept outside the public web folder and every action by staff is logged.
Contact
Questions or requests: use the contact details on the Ascendia Core Ltd website.
